Klauke 7618V rúrkový káblový koncovka, 10 mm², M4, pocínovaná meď, DIN 46235

The Klauke 7618V tubular cable lug stands apart from generic connectors by combining high-conductivity electrolytic copper with a uniform tin plating, delivering a gas-tight crimp that resists vibration, thermal cycling, and oxidation. Engineered for 10 mm² fine and extra-fine stranded copper conductors, it ensures low-resistance terminations in control cabinets, switchgear, and motor connections where space is limited but reliability is non-negotiable.

Highlights

• Material: Electrolytic copper, tin-plated for superior conductivity and corrosion protection
• Cable cross-section: 10 mm², suitable for fine and extra-fine stranded copper conductors
• Bolt hole: M4 (4.3 mm diameter), palm width 9 mm, palm thickness 1.5 mm
• Barrel dimensions: inner diameter 4.5 mm, outer diameter 6.5 mm, overall length 25 mm
• Compliant with DIN 46235, RoHS compliant, temperature range -55 °C to +150 °C
• Connection type: Crimp (requires suitable crimping tool and die)

In daily use

When you need to terminate a 10 mm² copper cable quickly and safely, this lug provides a gas-tight crimp connection that withstands vibration and thermal cycling. The tinned surface simplifies soldering if required and prevents oxidation during storage. The M4 hole fits standard stud sizes, and the lug's compact profile allows easy installation in tight spaces.
