Koaxiálny káblový konektor ShiverPeaks 83500 – skrutkový konektor pre koaxiálny kábel

The ShiverPeaks 83500 screwable coaxial cable connector is designed to join or terminate coaxial cables in antenna, RF and cable installations. It provides a threaded mechanical coupling that ensures stable physical connection and reliable electrical contact for signal transmission. The connector is intended for use where a screwable interface is preferred for quick field or workshop assembly and maintenance.

Advantages

This screwable coaxial connector offers a secure threaded connection that reduces the risk of accidental disconnection. Its design supports reliable electrical contact for typical antenna and RF cable assemblies and is suitable for both installation and repair tasks. The connector’s screwable coupling facilitates repeated attachment and detachment while maintaining consistent mechanical alignment and contact integrity.

Suitable for

• Joining or terminating coaxial cables in antenna systems
• RF equipment interconnections and cable runs
• Field repairs and workshop cable assembly
• Installations requiring a screwable mechanical connection

Key specifications

• Connector type: screwable coaxial connector designed for coax cables
• Application: antenna, RF and cable installations
• Function: provides threaded mechanical coupling and electrical contact for signal transmission

How to use

Prepare the coaxial cable by stripping the outer jacket and shielding according to the cable’s specifications, taking care not to damage the inner conductor. Insert the cable into the connector so that the centre conductor and shield make the intended contacts, then tighten the screwable coupling until the connector is securely fastened. Verify electrical continuity and mechanical stability after assembly. Follow any cable-specific instructions and safety practices for working with RF or antenna systems.

Recommendations

Use appropriate stripping tools and torque where specified for compatible coaxial cable types; avoid overtightening to prevent damage to the cable or connector. Inspect contacts and shielding before final installation to ensure consistent signal performance.
