Lanview LVO231805 InfiniBand/sklenené vlákno kábel 2 m SC purpurová

The Lanview LVO231805 is a 2 m fibre optic cable designed for high-speed data transmission. It features an SC connector with a ceramic zirconia ferrule and complies with OM4 multimode standards, providing a 50 µm core for reliable connections in telecommunications and data communication installations. The magenta-coloured jacket helps with easy identification in dense cabling environments.

Advantages

The cable’s OM4 specification supports higher bandwidth and extended reach for multimode links compared with lower OM grades. The SC connector with zirconia ferrule ensures precise fiber alignment and low insertion loss. A 2 m length offers convenient reach for rack-to-rack and equipment connections while the distinct magenta colour improves cable management and identification.

Suitable for

• Data centres and server racks
• High-speed network links within buildings
• Telecommunication and data communication installations
• Patch panels and optical equipment interconnections

How to use

Inspect connector endfaces for cleanliness before installation and clean with appropriate fibre cleaning tools if necessary. Insert the SC connector into the matching SC adapter or port until it clicks to ensure a secure connection. Route the cable to avoid tight bends; maintain the manufacturer’s minimum bend radius for multimode fibre. For patching, label both ends to match rack or patch panel documentation.

Recommendations

Use the Lanview LVO231805 in indoor network environments where short runs and clear colour identification are beneficial. Avoid excessive bending or pulling force, keep connectors capped when not in use, and perform endface inspections regularly to maintain optimal optical performance.
