Lindy 10m OM3 LC - SC duplexný InfiniBand/optický kábel tyrkysový

The Lindy 10m OM3 LC - SC Duplex fibre optic cable is a multimode patch cable designed for high-speed data transfer in structured cabling systems. With a 50 µm core diameter and OM3 specification, it supports laser-optimized transmission suitable for 10 Gigabit Ethernet and other high-bandwidth applications. The LC to SC duplex connector configuration enables full duplex communication and straightforward integration into patch panels, switches, and transceivers that accept LC or SC terminations.

Advantages

This cable combines an OM3 multimode core with duplex LC and SC terminations to offer low insertion loss and consistent signal integrity over its 10 m length. The LC connector provides a compact footprint for dense connections, while the SC connector offers robust push-pull mating for easy handling. The durable jacket and precise connector alignment reduce attenuation and support stable performance in data centre, telecom and enterprise network environments.

Key specifications

• Cable type: Multimode OM3
• Core diameter: 50 µm
• Length: 10 m
• Connector A: LC duplex
• Connector B: SC duplex
• Duplex configuration: Full duplex
• Typical applications: 10 Gigabit Ethernet, Fibre Channel, high-bandwidth multimode links
• Jacket: Durable outer sheath suitable for indoor structured cabling

How to use

Route the fibre cable following standard cable management practices, avoiding tight bends and excessive pulling force. Insert the LC duplex end into devices or patch panels with LC ports and the SC duplex end into equipment with SC receptacles, ensuring correct polarity for transmit and receive pairs. Secure the cable along its run with appropriate clips or trays to prevent strain on the connectors and to maintain consistent optical performance.

Recommendations

Inspect connector endfaces before installation and, if necessary, clean with a fibre cleaning tool to minimize insertion loss. Maintain bend radius guidelines for OM3 multimode fibre and store spare cable coiled without sharp loops. Use this LC–SC duplex OM3 cable where 10 Gigabit and other high-bandwidth multimode links are required, and verify link performance with appropriate optical test equipment after installation.
