Lindy 46362 InfiniBand/sklenené vlákno kábel 3 m LC SC ružový

The Lindy 46362 3 m fibre optic cable is an OM4 multimode link with LC to SC connectors and a 50 µm core diameter. Designed for short- to medium-distance high-speed networks, this 3 metre cable supports reliable data transmission with low attenuation and stable signal performance. The pink jacket provides visual identification in dense cabling environments while maintaining flexibility and durability for routine installations and reconfigurations.

Advantages

This OM4 fibre offers higher bandwidth and lower modal dispersion than lower-grade multimode fibres, helping to maintain signal integrity over typical connection distances in data centres and enterprise networks. The LC connector provides compact, high-density termination while the SC connector offers simple push-pull mating for easy panel and device connections. The cable jacket combines flexibility for routing with sufficient mechanical protection for regular handling and installation.

Suitable for

• High-speed data links in data centres and server rooms
• Patch panels and switch-to-switch short-range interconnects
• Structured cabling in enterprise networks
• Testing, lab environments and temporary installations requiring clear cable identification

Key specifications

• Fibre type: OM4 multimode
• Core diameter: 50 µm
• Length: 3 metres
• Connector A: LC (male)
• Connector B: SC (male)
• Jacket colour: pink
• Construction: duplex multimode cable

How to use

Route the cable through cable trays or ducts as required, avoiding tight bends and excessive pulling force. Clean connector end faces with appropriate fibre cleaning tools before insertion to reduce return loss and ensure optimal connection quality. Insert the SC connector with a push-pull motion into the adapter or port and plug the LC connector into the compatible transceiver or adapter until it clicks in place. Secure excess length with appropriate cable management accessories to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this OM4 cable within recommended multimode distance limits for your network equipment and transceivers, maintain proper connector cleanliness, and avoid bend radii smaller than the manufacturer’s specified minimum. Use colour-coded cables like this pink jacket to simplify identification in multi-cable installations and mark both ends if required for circuit documentation.
