MAILmedia C4 poštová taška 100 g/m² 229 x 324 mm – vystlaná obálka na dokumenty

MAILmedia C4 Mailing Bag 100 g/m² 229 x 324 mm is a padded paper envelope designed to hold documents, catalogs and flat items that fit the C4 format. The bag uses a 100 g/m² paper outer layer with internal cushioning to provide lightweight protection during handling and transport. The dimensions 229 x 324 mm accommodate unfolded A4 sheets and similar documents, and the envelope includes an easy-to-seal closure to ensure contents remain secure for postage and delivery.

Advantages

The envelope offers a combination of low weight and protective padding to reduce postage costs while limiting creases and light impact damage. Its simple closure enables quick sealing without additional tape, and the paper construction supports common printing and labelling methods for addresses and barcodes. The product is suitable for high-volume mailings because it balances economy with sufficient protection for flat media.

Suitable for

• Sending A4 documents, contracts and certificates without folding
• Mailing thin catalogs, brochures and magazines
• E-commerce shipments of flat printed materials such as photos and posters
• Office distribution of reports, manuals and promotional inserts

Key specifications

• Size: 229 x 324 mm (C4 format)
• Material: paper outer layer with internal padding
• Paper weight: 100 g/m² outer paper
• Closure: easy-to-seal adhesive flap
• Design: padded envelope for flat items and documents

How to use

Place documents or flat items into the envelope so they lie flat without folding. Peel back or open the protective strip on the adhesive flap and press the flap firmly to seal, ensuring edges are aligned to prevent shifting during transport. Mark or print the recipient address and any required postage or tracking labels on the outer surface in a visible location. For thicker contents, verify that the envelope closes fully and that the adhesive secures the flap.

Recommendations

For best results, use the MAILmedia C4 mailing bag for single-sheet documents or slim multi-page sets that need to arrive flat. Avoid overfilling beyond the recommended dimensions to maintain closure integrity and shipping protection. When sending valuable or fragile items, consider additional internal reinforcement or a sturdier mailer.
