MAILmedia C4 zásielková taška samolepiaca s okienkom vľavo, model 383858

MAILmedia C4 self-adhesive mailing bag model 383858 is a document mailer sized for C4 items, featuring a left-side transparent window and a self-sealing adhesive strip. It is designed to protect invoices, letters and promotional materials during postage and handling while allowing the address or invoice details to be visible through the window. The self-adhesive closure simplifies packing and provides a tamper-evident seal once closed.

Advantages

The left-side transparent window enables visible addressing without the need for additional labels or printing on the exterior. The self-adhesive strip offers fast, one-step closure and reduces the need for tape or glue. The envelope construction protects contents from light handling and moisture to a degree appropriate for postal use, while its C4 size accommodates unfolded A4 documents and similar flat items.

Suitable for

• Mailing invoices, contracts and official letters
• Sending brochures, flyers and promotional inserts
• Dispatching certificates or other A4-sized documents without folding
• Office and administrative mailings where quick sealing and visible addressing are needed

How to use

Insert the document or item so that the recipient address aligns with the left-side transparent window. Verify that the contents are flat and correctly positioned inside the bag to ensure readability through the window and to avoid bulk that could affect postage.

Recommendations

Store mailing bags flat in a dry environment away from direct sunlight and high humidity. For best results, avoid overfilling and ensure adhesive liner is fully removed before sealing. Use with standard postal services; for valuable items consider additional internal protection or registered mail options.
