Nástenná zásuvka ACT 1-port CAT5E nechránená, 39×29,5×54 mm

Surface mounted box ACT 1‑port CAT5E unshielded, 39×29.5×54 mm is a compact indoor junction enclosure designed to house a single unshielded CAT5E keystone or RJ45 outlet. The small rectangular housing provides a discrete mounting point for terminating or extending Ethernet cabling on walls or other flat surfaces where in-wall installation is not practical. The enclosure is intended for surface cabling in offices, apartments and telecom closets and accommodates standard keystone-style modules for quick connection to patch cables or fixed cabling runs.

Advantages

The enclosure offers a compact footprint that minimizes visual impact while providing a stable mounting location for a single network outlet. Its design supports easy installation and module replacement without requiring special tools. The unobtrusive housing protects connector terminations from dust and accidental contact and helps maintain cable organization for surface-mounted Ethernet runs.

Suitable for

• Surface-mounted Ethernet outlet for offices and home networks
• Extending or terminating CAT5E horizontal cabling where in-wall work is not possible
• Telecom cupboards and small network patches in apartments or commercial spaces

Key specifications

• Port count: 1 keystone/RJ45 module
• Cable type: Unshielded twisted pair (UTP) category 5e
• Material: Rigid plastic enclosure for indoor use
• Mounting: Surface mount to flat surfaces with screws
• External dimensions: 39 × 29.5 × 54 mm

How to use

Mount the box on a flat surface using appropriate screws and anchors for the substrate. Insert a compatible keystone CAT5E jack or RJ45 module into the front opening and secure it according to the module instructions. Terminate the incoming unshielded CAT5E cable on the keystone jack using standard wire-pair color codes and a punch-down or termination tool. Once the module is installed and tested, close the enclosure and connect the patch cable to verify link and network operation.

Recommendations

Use the enclosure indoors only and avoid exposure to moisture or direct sunlight. Select a keystone jack rated for CAT5E performance and follow standard termination practices and testing procedures to ensure reliable Ethernet connectivity.
