Obálka MAILmedia DIN lang FSC samolepiaca biela

MAILmedia DIN long FSC self-adhesive white envelope is designed for sending documents in DIN long (C6/5) format. Made from FSC-certified paper, the envelope offers a plain white exterior and a self-adhesive flap that seals quickly and securely without additional tape or glue. The straightforward construction protects contents during postal transit and supports office workflows where fast, reliable mailing is required.

Advantages

The self-adhesive flap enables fast, tamper-resistant closure while reducing the need for additional sealing materials. Use of FSC-certified paper ensures the envelope is sourced from responsibly managed forests. The plain white surface is suitable for printed addresses, labels, or direct printing, and the DIN long size provides a snug fit for unfolded or folded A4 documents, invoices, letters and brochures.

Suitable for

• Business mailings such as invoices, statements and contracts
• Office correspondence and administrative documents
• Personal letters and greeting cards in DIN long format
• Bulk mailing and mailing preparation in mailrooms

Key specifications

• Format: DIN long (sized to fit C6/5 envelopes and long documents)
• Material: FSC-certified paper
• Color: white
• Closure: self-adhesive peel-and-seal flap
• Surface: suitable for handwriting, labels and machine or digital printing

How to use

Insert the document so it lies flat within the envelope. Remove the protective strip from the self-adhesive flap and press the flap firmly along the sealing edge to close. If additional security is required, apply an external label or tape over the flap. For printing addresses or barcodes directly on the envelope, ensure the chosen printer supports plain paper envelopes of this size and adjust feed settings as recommended by the printer manufacturer.

Recommendations

Store envelopes in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight to maintain adhesion and prevent discoloration. For best results when printing, test one envelope to confirm printer compatibility and orientation before processing larger batches.
