Optický kábel BlueOptics R9F95A-BO SFP28—SFP28, 7 m, aqua

BlueOptics R9F95A-BO is a 7 m active fibre optic cable with SFP28 connectors on both ends in aqua colour. Designed for 25G SFP28 links and short-range multimode environments, it provides a direct optical connection between compatible SFP28 ports in data centres, server racks and network switch installations. The pre-assembled AOC design eliminates the need for separate transceivers and patch cords, offering a compact, colour-coded solution for high-bandwidth interconnects.

Advantages

The cable supports SFP28—SFP28 connectivity and is intended for short-range, high-speed links up to 7 m, offering low-latency optical transmission that is immune to electromagnetic interference. As an active optical cable (AOC) it integrates optical transmitter and receiver modules in the cable ends for direct plug-and-play connection. The aqua jacket provides clear colour coding for easy identification in dense cabling environments.

How to use

Install the BlueOptics R9F95A-BO by inserting each SFP28 connector into the corresponding SFP28 port on network switches, servers or storage devices while the devices are powered according to the vendor guidelines. Ensure connectors are fully seated and latched. Verify link status via device indicators or management interfaces; if supported by the hardware, monitor link parameters using digital diagnostic functions. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and secure it for proper cable management.

Recommendations

Use the cable for short-range 25G SFP28 connections inside racks or between neighboring racks. Maintain bend radius recommendations for fibre AOCs, avoid excessive pulling force, and keep the connectors capped until insertion to prevent contamination. Confirm device compatibility with SFP28 AOCs and enable digital diagnostic monitoring on supported hardware for real-time status where available.
