Papierové vrecko s chrbtom MAILmedia C4 80011967 — balenie na ukladanie dokumentov a obálok

MAILmedia C4 Paper Back Pocket (pack for storing documents and envelopes) is a slim protective sleeve sized to hold unfolded A4 documents and C4 envelopes. The lightweight paper construction offers a simple barrier against dust and minor surface wear while keeping contents flat and presentable. This pack is intended for everyday office organisation, mail preparation and short-term archival storage where a low-profile, paper-based solution is preferred.

Advantages

The paper back pocket is light and easy to handle, enabling efficient sorting and distribution of documents. Its C4 dimensions accommodate unfolded A4 sheets and standard C4 envelopes without bending, which preserves document condition during transport or presentation. The simple construction makes the sleeves recyclable where local paper-waste systems accept them, and their slim profile minimises bulk in filing trays, mail batches and storage boxes.

Suitable for

• Storing unfolded A4 documents and letters
• Preparing mail with C4 envelopes
• Presentation inserts for reports or proposals
• Short-term archiving and internal document circulation

Key specifications

• Format: C4-sized sleeve designed for unfolded A4 documents
• Material: lightweight paper construction
• Design: back pocket sleeve for easy insertion and removal
• Weight and thickness: slim, low-bulk profile suitable for stacking
• Intended use: document protection, mailing preparation and organisation

How to use

Insert unfolded A4 sheets or a C4 envelope into the open side of the paper back pocket so the contents lie flat against the sleeve. For mailing, place the document inside the sleeve and then into an outer mailing envelope or parcel as required. When using for presentation or temporary storage, label the outer edge or attach an external note for quick identification. Avoid overfilling the sleeve to prevent deformation of the paper and ensure the pocket maintains its protective shape.

Recommendations

Store the pack in a dry environment to preserve paper integrity and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture. For longer-term archiving or when stronger protection is required, consider using a polypropylene sleeve or a rigid folder instead. Dispose of used sleeves according to local recycling guidelines if the material is accepted.
