Patch kábel Equip Cat.6 S/FTP RJ-45 20 m čierny

The equip® Cat.6 S/FTP Patch Cord is a 20 meter black network cable designed for gigabit Ethernet environments. Constructed from quality materials and tested to industry standards, this Cat.6 S/FTP cable offers improved bandwidth and a better signal-to-noise margin, reducing interference and supporting reliable high-speed data transfer up to 1000 Mbit/s. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors provide durable and stable connections for wired networks.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding minimizes electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, which helps maintain signal integrity over longer runs. The cable’s Cat.6 specification ensures higher bandwidth compared with lower categories, enabling error-free performance in demanding network setups. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors improve contact reliability and corrosion resistance.

Suitable for

• Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000Base-T(X)) connections
• Server rooms and data racks requiring shielded patching
• Home or office high-speed wired internet setups
• Network segments where reduced interference is needed

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end of the patch cord to the network device (switch, router or network interface) and the other end to a patch panel, wall socket or another network device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and keep it separated from strong power sources to preserve shielding effectiveness and maintain optimal performance.

Recommendations

For best results, use this S/FTP Cat.6 patch cord in shielded or properly grounded installations to take full advantage of the cable’s shielding. Avoid excessive bending or pulling, and replace the cable if connectors show visible wear or damage.
