Renkforce Extension Cable 1384363 provides a straightforward way to extend mains connections for devices with Schuko (CEE 7/7) fittings. The cable features a 16 A Schuko plug and a 16 A Schuko coupler, allowing you to move power outlets closer to appliances without altering the existing wiring. Built for general-purpose use, it is suitable for household equipment, office devices and temporary electrical setups where a grounded European connection is required.

Advantages

The extension cable offers a grounded Schuko connection with a 16 A rated plug and coupler to maintain safe current carrying capacity for compatible appliances. Its simple plug-and-play design requires no tools or installation work. The product is compatible with standard Schuko sockets, enabling flexible positioning of devices. Materials and construction are designed for regular indoor use and for temporary on-site power extension.

Suitable for

• Extending power reach for household appliances such as vacuum cleaners, lamps and kitchen devices
• Providing temporary power for office equipment like computers, printers and chargers
• Use in workshops for power tools and test equipment when grounded connections are needed
• Temporary setups for events, exhibitions or maintenance work requiring a standard grounded connection

Key specifications

• Plug type: Schuko grounded plug (female/male Schuko interface)
• Rated current: 16 A
• Intended use: indoor mains extension for Schuko-compatible devices
• Cable function: power extension between an existing socket and a device

How to use

Insert the 16 A Schuko plug into an appropriate grounded wall socket and connect the device to the Schuko coupler at the other end of the cable. Ensure the socket supply matches the device voltage and current requirements. Route the cable to avoid tripping hazards and keep it away from heat sources and sharp edges. Disconnect by pulling the plug, not the cable, and always switch off connected equipment before plugging or unplugging if possible.

Recommendations

Use the extension cable only with devices that do not exceed the 16 A rating. Avoid permanent outdoor installation or use in damp locations unless a product specifically certified for such conditions is used. Inspect the cable and connectors periodically for damage; replace the cable if insulation, plug or coupler are compromised.
