How to use

Connect the scanner to the host system using one of the supported interfaces (RS-232, USB or PS/2) and ensure the host is configured for the chosen interface. Point the scanner at the barcode so the aiming pattern covers the code and pull the trigger to read. For stacked PDF417 or MicroPDF417 codes, center the code in the scan field and perform the same trigger action. Verify the data is transmitted to the host application or POS after each scan.

Recommendations

Use the scanner in environments within the manufacturer’s specified operating conditions; keep the window clean and avoid strong direct sunlight on the scan field for best read performance. For frequent scanning tasks, choose the interface that offers the most stable connection with your system.
