Safetex krúžková matica podľa DIN 582 WLL 360kg | M14 | materiál z C15E

Forged from C15E carbon steel and built to DIN 582, this SAFETEX ring eye nut delivers a dependable 360 kg working load limit in a compact M14 thread. Unlike generic cast eye bolts, the closed forged eye and controlled thread geometry provide consistent load distribution and reduce the risk of deformation under rated lifts. The self-colour oxide finish keeps the surface free from paint or plating that could mask wear, so inspection is straightforward.

Highlights

• DIN 582 compliant eye nut for vertical lifting, hoisting, and anchoring
• M14 metric coarse thread with 25 mm thread length for secure engagement
• WLL 360 kg in straight vertical pull; derate for angular loads
• Forged C15E carbon steel for toughness and grain flow integrity
• Self-colour (black/grey oxide) finish aids visual wear inspection

In daily use

The eye nut threads onto a mating M14 bolt or stud to create a lifting point. Always apply the load in line with the eye axis; angular pulls reduce capacity and require derating according to the angle. The 25 mm inner eye diameter accepts standard hooks and shackles, while the 35 mm outer diameter provides ample material around the eye. Because the component is uncoated, it is best suited to dry indoor environments or applications where periodic inspection and re-torquing are part of the routine. Do not use for permanent outdoor exposure without additional corrosion protection.
