Safetex pozinkované kovanie WLL 6.500 kg | zahnutý tvar so 7/8 čapom a maticou

Heavy lifting and rigging demand hardware you can trust with absolute confidence. A failed shackle isn't just an inconvenience—it's a catastrophic risk to personnel, equipment, and cargo. The Safetex SH2-06.50 bow shackle eliminates that uncertainty with a hot-dip galvanized, high-tensile forged steel body engineered for a 6,500 kg working load limit and a 6:1 safety factor. Its curved, omega-shaped bow accommodates multi-leg slings, hooks, and wire ropes, while the 7/8-inch nut-and-bolt pin provides a secure, vibration-resistant closure that won't back out under dynamic loads.

Who is it for

Professional riggers, crane operators, marine deck crews, and industrial maintenance teams who need a certified, corrosion-resistant connection point for lifting, towing, mooring, or load securement. Whether you're working dockside in salt spray, on a construction site in the rain, or in a warehouse with frequent washdowns, this shackle's galvanized finish stands up to the elements.

Main features

• High working load limit: 6,500 kg (14,330 lbs) for demanding vertical lifts and rigging setups.
• Hot-dip galvanized finish: thick zinc coating provides excellent corrosion resistance in marine and outdoor environments.
• Forged high-tensile steel body: superior strength and durability compared to cast alternatives, with a 39,000 kg minimum breaking load.
• Curved bow shape: allows multi-directional loading and reduces stress concentration compared to D-shackles.
• Nut-and-bolt pin with hex nut: secure, tamper-resistant closure; 7/8" diameter pin fits standard rigging hardware.
• 6:1 safety factor: meets or exceeds EN 13889 requirements for lifting applications.
• CE marked: complies with European safety standards for lifting accessories.

Tips

Always inspect shackles before each use for deformation, cracks, or corrosion. Never exceed the WLL and ensure the pin is fully seated and the nut is tightened before loading. For overhead lifting, use a shackle with a safety factor of at least 5:1—this model provides 6:1. When using multiple shackles in a rigging assembly, account for angular loading which can reduce effective capacity. Store in a dry place when not in use to maximize the life of the galvanized coating.
