Sauteuse de Buyer Affinity nehrdzavejúca oceľ 28 cm okrúhla

The de Buyer Affinity Stainless Steel 28 cm round sauté pan is crafted from high-quality stainless steel for reliable performance in everyday cooking. With a 28 cm cooking surface and a round profile, the pan is engineered to distribute heat evenly across the base and up the sides, supporting consistent browning and sautéing. The set includes a fitted lid that helps retain moisture and concentrate flavors while cooking, and the pan's stainless-steel finish resists staining and is suitable for regular kitchen use.

Advantages

The pan's stainless-steel construction delivers durability and a non-reactive cooking surface appropriate for a wide range of ingredients. Even heat distribution reduces hot spots and improves control when searing, reducing the need for excessive stirring. The included lid maintains moisture and heat for braising or simmering, while the round 28 cm cooking area provides sufficient capacity for family-size portions without taking excessive space on the hob. The design is compatible with common cooking surfaces and is straightforward to maintain.

Key specifications

• Material: high-grade stainless steel construction
• Shape: round with 28 cm cooking diameter
• Includes: fitted lid to retain moisture and heat
• Heat performance: designed for even heat distribution across base and sides

How to use

Preheat the pan over medium heat before adding oil or butter to ensure even searing. Use suitable utensils to avoid scratching the stainless-steel surface. For searing, allow food to form a natural crust before turning to minimize sticking. When simmering or braising, place the lid on the pan to maintain an even cooking temperature and retain moisture. After use, allow the pan to cool slightly, then wash according to the manufacturer's care guidelines to preserve finish and performance.

Recommendations

Use moderate heat for most tasks with stainless-steel cookware to prevent food from sticking and to protect the finish. For stubborn residues, soak the pan in warm soapy water and use a non-abrasive pad or stainless-steel cleaner formulated for cookware. Verify compatibility with your cooktop type before use.
