SHIVERPEAKS BS08-41025-2 Cat8.1 sieťový kábel, F/FTP, RJ45, 1 m, čierny

High-speed networks demand cables that can keep pace with 25/40 Gigabit Ethernet and beyond. The SHIVERPEAKS BS08-41025-2 Cat8.1 patch cable delivers exactly that: a robust, fully shielded 1-metre link for data centres, server rooms, and high-performance workstations where signal integrity is non-negotiable.

Who is it for

This cable is built for IT professionals, network engineers, and enterprises that require reliable, high-bandwidth connections over short distances. It is ideal for patching between servers, switches, and patch panels in 25GBASE-T and 40GBASE-T environments, as well as for connecting high-end workstations or NAS devices that demand maximum throughput.

Main features

• Cat8.1 (Class I) performance with up to 2000 MHz bandwidth and 40 Gbps data transfer rate.
• F/FTP shielding: each twisted pair is individually foiled, plus an overall foil shield, providing superior protection against alien crosstalk and electromagnetic interference.
• Gold-plated RJ45 connectors ensure corrosion resistance and optimal signal transmission.
• 22 AWG solid copper conductors minimise attenuation and support Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications.
• Durable black PVC jacket with snagless boots for easy installation and long-term reliability.
• Backward compatible with Cat6a, Cat7, and lower categories, making it a future-proof investment.

Tips

For optimal performance, avoid sharp bends and keep the cable away from power lines. Use cable management to maintain the minimum bend radius of 4 times the cable diameter. When deploying in high-density racks, consider colour-coding with additional lengths to simplify troubleshooting.
