Sieťový kábel Renkforce RJ45 CAT 6a S/FTP 0,25 m sivý

Renkforce RJ45 CAT 6a S/FTP 0.25 m Grey is a short, shielded network patch cable designed for high-speed Ethernet connections in compact installations. The cable features an S/FTP shielding scheme that combines an overall foil with individually braided shields for each twisted pair, reducing electromagnetic interference and crosstalk. With a length of 0.25 metres and factory-terminated RJ45 connectors, the cable is intended for short patching runs between switches, routers, patch panels and other network devices where a reliable, low-loss connection is required.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction improves protection against external electromagnetic interference and internal pair-to-pair crosstalk, supporting stable data transmission at CAT6a performance levels. Short 0.25 m length minimises excess cable clutter in server racks or desktop setups and helps maintain tidy, organised cabling. Gold-plated contacts on the RJ45 plugs ensure corrosion resistance and consistent signal contact over repeated insertions.

Suitable for

• Patching between adjacent switch ports in server racks
• Connecting routers, network appliances and desktop machines in tight spaces
• Short runs between patch panels and active equipment
• High-speed Ethernet connections up to CAT6a bandwidths

Key specifications

• Cable category: CAT 6a
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil with individually braided pair shields)
• Length: 0.25 m
• Connector type: RJ45 to RJ45, 8P8C
• Colour: Grey
• Conductor type: stranded copper conductors
• Suitable for data rates and applications typical of CAT6a cabling

How to use

Insert each RJ45 connector firmly into the corresponding port until the latch clicks to ensure secure contact. Use the cable for short patching tasks where minimal slack is required; avoid sharp bends or kinks near the connectors to preserve shielding continuity and conductor integrity. For rack installations, route the cable alongside other short patch leads or through cable management panels to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep the cable length to short connections only and avoid running it parallel to high-voltage power lines. Inspect connectors periodically for dust or damage and replace the cable if shielding or contacts appear compromised. Use the Renkforce RJ45 CAT 6a S/FTP cable in environments where EMI reduction and compact cabling are priorities.
