Sieťový switch Exsys EX-62025 10-portový 10/100/1000 Mbit/s, 12–48 VDC napájanie

Exsys EX-62025 is a 10-port Ethernet switch that provides 10/100/1000 Mbps connectivity on each RJ45 port and is powered from a 12–48 VDC supply. Designed for environments where DC power is required, this compact Layer 2 switch enables straightforward expansion of wired networks by connecting multiple PCs, IP devices, and networked peripherals. The device is intended for industrial and commercial deployments where reliable gigabit links and simple switching functionality are needed.

Advantages

The Exsys EX-62025 combines ten gigabit-capable RJ45 ports with a wide DC input range, allowing flexible installation in systems powered by 12–48 VDC. As a basic Layer 2 switch, it offers plug-and-play operation without the need for complex configuration, reducing setup time. The uniform 10/100/1000 Mbps support on all ports ensures full-duplex gigabit throughput where connected devices and cabling support it, while the 12–48 VDC power option makes the unit compatible with common industrial power supplies.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Expanding wired networks in small offices and retail locations
• Connecting IP cameras, networked sensors, and automation controllers in industrial environments
• Providing reliable gigabit links for workstations, printers, and NAS devices
• Integrating network endpoints where DC power distribution is used

Key specifications

• Number of ports: 10 RJ45 ports
• Port speeds: 10/100/1000 Mbps per port
• Switching type: Layer 2 basic switching
• Power input: 12–48 VDC
• Connector type: Standard RJ45 for network ports

How to use

Install the Exsys EX-62025 on a stable surface or DIN rail as appropriate for your setup and connect each device to the RJ45 ports using Cat5e or higher cabling to achieve gigabit speeds. Supply DC power within the 12–48 V range to the designated power input, observing correct polarity. Once powered, the switch performs automatic link detection and negotiated speeds for connected devices; no manual configuration is required for basic operation. Monitor link/activity LEDs on each port (if present) to verify connectivity and diagnose link issues.

Recommendations

For best performance, use Cat5e or Cat6 cables and ensure compatible network interfaces on connected devices. When deploying in industrial environments, mount the switch in a location protected from extreme temperatures, moisture, and excessive vibration, and use a stable DC power source within the specified 12–48 VDC range.
