Skartovačka DAHLE ShredMatic P5 40 l, automatický posuv až do 300 listov

DAHLE ShredMatic P5 40 L is an automatic feed paper shredder designed to process large stacks of documents with minimal user intervention. With a 40-litre waste bin and an automatic feed that accepts up to 300 sheets in a single loading, the unit reduces paper to small cross-cut particles that meet common office data-protection needs. The model is intended for regular use in shared office spaces where unattended shredding and reliable particle reduction are required.

Advantages

The automatic feed mechanism enables hands-free shredding of up to 300 sheets at once, improving throughput and saving time compared with manual feeding. The 40-litre collection bin reduces the frequency of emptying while the cross-cut shredding technology produces small particles for better confidentiality. The design balances capacity and footprint for placement near workstations or in central office areas.

Key specifications

How to use

Place the shredder on a stable, level surface and ensure the waste bin is correctly positioned. Prepare documents by removing staples and paper clips if required by the machine's guidelines, then load the stack into the automatic feed tray up to the indicated capacity. Activate the feed function according to the control panel instructions to start unattended shredding. Monitor the machine during long jobs and empty the 40-litre bin when the fill indicator or control panel prompts to prevent jams.

Recommendations

For consistent performance, operate the shredder within recommended duty cycles and avoid overloading the automatic feed beyond its 300-sheet capacity. Regularly check for and remove metal fasteners where specified by the manufacturer, and empty the bin before disposal capacity is exceeded. Use the unit in well-ventilated office areas and follow maintenance instructions to prolong service life.
