Špirálový viazač Elba URBAN DIN A4/40 s plastovými obalmi

Elba URBAN DIN A4/40 Spiral Binder with Plastic Sleeves is a compact binding solution for organizing and protecting A4 documents. The binder combines a durable spiral spine with 40 clear plastic sleeves, allowing you to assemble reports, presentations and reference materials in a single, easy-to-handle folder. Transparent pockets provide immediate visibility of inserted pages while the spiral construction lets the binder lie flat for easy reading and photocopying.

Advantages

The spiral binding ensures smooth page turning and reliable durability for everyday use. Included transparent plastic sleeves protect documents from fingerprints, spills and wear while preserving legibility. The slim profile and lightweight construction make it convenient to carry between home, office and school. The clear sleeves also simplify reordering or replacing individual pages without re-binding the entire set.

Suitable for

• Office reports and meeting handouts
• School assignments, class notes and portfolios
• Presentations and project documentation
• Reference materials, manuals and checklists

Key specifications

• Format: DIN A4 (suitable for standard A4 paper)
• Capacity: 40 transparent plastic sleeves
• Binding type: spiral (wire spiral)
• Sleeve material: clear plastic protective pockets
• Orientation: single-sided pockets allowing insertion of one sheet per sleeve or double-sided viewing when folded
• Usability: lies flat when open for easy reading and copying

How to use

Open the spiral binder and insert documents into each transparent sleeve by sliding sheets in from the top or side, depending on sleeve design. Arrange pages in the desired order before inserting to reduce repositioning. To remove or replace pages, gently slide the sheet out of the sleeve and insert a new one. Close the binder and secure it by ensuring the spiral is intact and pages sit evenly within the pockets.

Recommendations

Store the binder upright or flat in a dry place to prevent sleeve deformation. For frequently referenced documents, use a sleeve protector per sheet to reduce handling wear. Avoid exposure to high heat or direct sunlight to prevent warping of plastic sleeves.
