Tesniaci prostriedok FISCHER Bausilicon DBSA 310 transparentný – silikónová tesniaca kartuša 310 ml

FISCHER Bausilicon DBSA 310 transparent is a neutral-cure silicone sealant supplied in a 310 ml cartridge designed for sealing joints and gaps where a clear, flexible and weather-resistant finish is required. The product is intended for indoor and outdoor applications including sanitary joints, window and door frames, and general repair work. Its transparent appearance allows for unobtrusive finishing on visible surfaces while maintaining long-term elasticity and resistance to moisture.

Advantages

The silicone formulation cures at room temperature to form a permanently elastic seal that resists water and many environmental influences. It adheres well to common building materials without requiring a primer in many standard cases, and remains transparent over time for discrete sealing. Supplied in a 310 ml cartridge, it is compatible with standard caulking guns for controlled application and consistent bead formation.

Suitable for

• Sealing sanitary joints in bathrooms and kitchens
• Sealing gaps around window and door frames
• General repairs where a clear seal is required
• Outdoor joints exposed to rain and weathering

Key specifications

• Color: transparent
• Packaging: 310 ml cartridge
• Curing type: neutral-acetoxy or neutral cure silicone (neutral curing chemistry for minimal odor and material compatibility)
• Elasticity: permanently elastic after curing
• Application temperature range: suitable for typical indoor and outdoor temperatures (check technical data for exact limits)
• Resistance: water-resistant and weather-resistant when cured

How to use

Ensure joint surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grease and loose particles before application. Cut the cartridge tip to the desired bead size and use a standard caulking gun for application. Tool the sealant within the skin formation time to achieve a smooth finish and ensure good contact with the substrate. Allow the sealant to cure undisturbed; cure time depends on bead size and ambient conditions. For best results, observe manufacturer guidance on surface compatibility and curing times.

Recommendations

Test adhesion on sensitive substrates or plastics before full application. Avoid contact with materials that may release acidic or alkaline substances during curing. Store cartridges upright in a cool, dry place and use within the recommended shelf life. For sanitary areas, ensure correct mould-resistant practices and ventilation during curing.
