TP-Link InSight S285 dome IP bezpečnostná kamera vonkajšia 3840 x 2160 pixelov stropná

The TP-Link InSight S285 Dome is an outdoor IP security camera that delivers 3840 x 2160 resolution for detailed monitoring. Its dome form factor and white finish are suited for ceiling mounting. The camera uses a CMOS sensor, supports wired Ethernet connectivity, and provides a wide field of view (88° horizontal, 46° vertical, 105.4° diagonal) with a detection distance up to 107 m. It includes analytics for people and vehicle detection, human and vehicle classification, and multiple smart video enhancement features to ensure clear footage in varied lighting conditions.

Advantages

The camera provides full-color imaging and advanced analytics that allow fast post-event search by filtering people or vehicles by attributes. Smart video enhancement technologies—True WDR, Smart IR, 3D DNR, and automatic white balance—improve image quality in high-contrast scenes, low light, and across different distances. Efficient H.265+ compression reduces bandwidth and storage needs compared with H.264 and H.265 while maintaining image quality. The IP66-rated outdoor placement support and ceiling mounting design make it suitable for wired outdoor surveillance installations.

Suitable for

• Outdoor ceiling-mounted surveillance of entrances and perimeters
• Monitoring parking areas and driveways with vehicle detection
• Sites requiring detailed identification and post-event search by people or vehicle attributes

How to use

Install the TP-Link InSight S285 Dome on a suitable ceiling surface using the included mounting hardware and follow the wiring diagram to connect to your network via Ethernet. Position the camera to cover the intended area using its field of view specifications, and adjust the angle to optimize coverage. Configure the camera’s analytics settings to enable people and vehicle detection and set thresholds for alerts. Use the recorder or network video management software compatible with H.265+ to store footage and perform attribute-based searches when needed.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, ensure the camera is mounted at an appropriate height and aimed to avoid direct exposure to intense light sources. Use a wired Ethernet connection for stable data transmission and configure True WDR and Smart IR based on scene contrast and distance to targets. Regularly check firmware updates from TP-Link and verify storage settings to take advantage of H.265+ compression savings.
