Transportný kufrík Roadinger pre 2× LCD panely ZL55 – robustný dizajn pre bezpečnú prepravu

Roadinger transport flightcase for 2× LCD ZL55 panels is a hard-shell transport solution designed to hold and protect two large-format LCD displays during transit and storage. The case combines rigid exterior panels with internal padding and fitted compartments to reduce movement and absorb shocks, enabling safer handling of screens for touring, events and rental operations.

Advantages

The construction offers reinforced corners and a sturdy frame that resists impacts and deformation while stacked or moved. Internal foam or carpeted lining provides gentle support to screen surfaces and connectors, reducing the risk of scratches and mechanical strain. Integrated handles and latches facilitate secure closure and ergonomic carrying, while the layout is optimized to minimize wasted space and simplify loading and unloading.

How to use

Open the flightcase and verify that the interior padding and supports are correctly positioned. Place each LCD ZL55 panel into its dedicated compartment, ensuring connectors and stands are protected by padding. Close the lid and engage all latches, using locks if available for additional security. When lifting, use the ergonomic handles and coordinate with a second person if required by the weight and size of the packed case. For loading into vehicles, secure the case to prevent shifting during transport.

Recommendations

Inspect the interior padding periodically for wear and replace or reposition inserts if they no longer hold the panels firmly. Avoid exposing the case to prolonged moisture or extreme temperatures to preserve the integrity of the shell and internal lining. Use additional straps or vehicle restraints for long-distance transportation to minimize movement and impacts.
