UNITEK OT157WH ochranné krytky RJ45 konektora, 6 mm, biela, 100 ks

Network cables often fail at the connector—the latch snaps, the cable kinks, and the plug pulls loose. UNITEK OT157WH RJ45 plug boots solve this by adding a flexible, protective sleeve that slips over the plug before crimping. These white boots fit RJ45 (8P8C) connectors and cables up to 6 mm in diameter, providing strain relief and a snagless profile that prevents accidental disconnections and latch damage.

Who is it for

IT professionals, network installers, and DIY enthusiasts who terminate Ethernet cables and want to extend cable life, maintain a tidy appearance, and avoid connector failures in high-traffic or frequently moved environments.

Main features

• Snagless boot design protects the locking tab from breaking when pulling cables through conduits or crowded patch panels.
• Strain relief absorbs bending stress at the plug-cable junction, preventing wire fatigue and intermittent connections.
• Made from flexible PVC that resists abrasion and remains pliable in various temperatures.
• Compatible with standard RJ45 plugs and round cables up to 6 mm outer diameter (suitable for Cat5e and Cat6).
• Bulk pack of 100 white boots for consistent, professional-looking installations.
• RoHS compliant for environmental safety.

Tips

Slide the boot onto the cable before crimping the RJ45 plug. Ensure the boot is oriented correctly—the wider opening faces the plug. For best results, use with cables that have an outer diameter close to 6 mm for a snug fit. These boots are not intended for use with pre-assembled cables; they must be installed during termination.
