Visací zámok Discus MASTER LOCK 70 mm Excell nerez, kryté rameno, rôzne uzamykateľný

The MASTER LOCK Excell discus padlock (70 mm) combines a stainless steel body with a fully shrouded design to reduce exposure of the shackle and improve resistance to cutting and weather. This model is keyed to differ, providing a unique key for each lock, and is supplied single-card packaged. The padlock features a covered keyway and reinforced body bumper for protection in outdoor and industrial environments.

Advantages

The 70 mm stainless steel body offers corrosion resistance and structural strength while the fully shrouded construction minimizes shackle exposure against bolt cutters. The octagonal 10 mm shackle is made from a boron-carbide material designed to increase resistance to cutting and sawing. A 4-pin cylinder and dual locking ball bearings improve resistance to picking and prying. The covered keyway helps protect the locking mechanism from weather, and the key-retaining feature prevents the lock being left unlocked.

How to use

Insert the supplied key and turn to retract the locking mechanism, then place the shackle through the item to be secured and release the key to engage the lock. To remove, insert the key, turn to open and withdraw the shackle. The key-retaining feature ensures the key cannot be removed while the padlock is open; always remove the key only when the padlock is locked and secure.

Recommendations

For best performance in outdoor or corrosive environments, mount the padlock so the shrouded portion faces potential cutting access points. Regularly clean and operate the covered keyway to prevent debris buildup; a silicone-based lubricant is recommended for moving parts rather than petroleum solvents. Store spare keys in a secure, dry location.
