Vodítko na vodítku Hilton Smart Dog Tape XL 7 m pre psy do 40 kg — hnedo-béžová

Hilton Smart Dog Tape XL is a 7 m retractable leash designed for dogs up to 40 kg. The tape-style lead extends smoothly and locks at the desired length, combining controlled freedom with a compact automatic retraction mechanism. The handle is shaped for an ergonomic grip and the housing protects the tape when retracted. The brown/beige finish provides a neutral appearance suitable for everyday use.

Advantages

The tape format allows a long extension while remaining flat and visible, reducing the risk of tangles and improving control. The locking mechanism secures the tape at intermediate lengths to limit roaming without constant manual adjustment. An ergonomically contoured handle aims to reduce hand fatigue during longer walks. The compact retraction system returns the tape smoothly into the housing and keeps it protected when not extended.

When it may not be suitable

This retractable tape leash is intended for use with dogs up to 40 kg; it is not suitable for dogs that are significantly stronger or prone to sudden, forceful lunges beyond that limit. Tape-style retractable leads can be less effective in high-traffic urban environments where very short, fixed control is required for safety.

Key specifications

How to use

Hold the ergonomic handle and allow the tape to extend smoothly as your dog moves away. Use the lock button to stop extension at the desired length; release the lock to allow controlled retraction. Keep the tape taut when guiding your dog and avoid letting the tape wind around limbs, objects or your own body. Retract the tape fully and secure the lock before storing the leash.

What to consider before purchase

Recommendations

For safer walks, use the lock to limit extension near roads or other dogs, regularly inspect the tape for frays, and combine leash use with training to reinforce recall and loose-lead walking.
