Zásielková obálka MAILmedia biela s kartónovým chrbtom a okienkom, samolepiaci pásik, 120 g/m²

MAILmedia white mailing envelope with a cardboard back and clear window combines a 120 g/m² paperboard construction with a self-adhesive strip to provide a practical solution for sending documents, invoices and other small printed materials. The envelope is designed so the recipient address is visible through the window without opening, while the cardboard back adds rigidity and protection for contents during handling and transit.

Advantages

The 120 g/m² paperboard offers a balance of lightweight handling and increased stiffness compared with standard paper envelopes. A pre-installed clear window eliminates the need to print addresses directly on the outer surface, saving time when preparing batches of mail. The self-adhesive strip provides a consistent, glue-free closure that speeds up sealing and reduces the risk of accidental opening. The cardboard back improves protection for documents and prevents bending during delivery.

Suitable for

• Sending invoices and account statements
• Mailing letters, certificates and legal documents
• Distributing brochures, leaflets or small catalogs
• Office and administrative mailings requiring visible recipient address

Key specifications

• Material: paperboard, white
• Paper weight: 120 g/m²
• Closure: self-adhesive strip
• Backing: rigid cardboard back for added support
• Window: transparent clear window for address visibility

How to use

Insert documents with the recipient address positioned to align with the clear window. Remove the protective tape from the self-adhesive strip and press the flap firmly to seal the envelope. The cardboard back should be placed against the document side that requires added support. For machine processing, confirm window and address alignment before feeding the envelope into inserters or mailing equipment.

Recommendations

Store envelopes flat in a dry environment at room temperature to avoid warping of the paperboard. For best results, avoid overfilling; keep contents within the envelope’s capacity to ensure a secure seal and proper transit protection. When preparing bulk mailings, check alignment of printed documents with the window on a sample envelope before running a full batch.
