BlueOptics InfiniBand/optický kábel QSFP56–QSFP56 10 m, aqua

BlueOptics InfiniBand/fibre optic cable QSFP56–QSFP56 10 m, Aqua is a duplex multimode fibre cable designed for high-speed InfiniBand and Fibre Channel connections. The cable features QSFP56 connectors on both ends and a 10 m length, suitable for rack-to-rack, switch-to-switch or server-to-switch links in data centres and high-performance computing environments. The aqua-coloured jacket and lightweight construction help with cable identification and cable management in dense installations.

Advantages

The cable supports QSFP56 connectivity on both ends to provide a direct duplex fibre link without additional transceiver-to-cable adapters. Its 10 m length offers flexibility for medium-range interconnects inside racks or between adjacent racks. The aqua colour and low weight simplify routing and handling while maintaining multimode optical performance appropriate for short to medium distances. The product is compatible with equipment that accepts QSFP56 optical connections and is intended for use with matching multimode transceivers.

How to use

Ensure both endpoints support QSFP56 optical interfaces and appropriate multimode transceivers are installed in the devices. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and excessive tensile stress; maintain the cable bend radius recommended for multimode fibre to preserve signal integrity. Insert the QSFP56 connectors into the corresponding ports until they latch, and secure any rack or panel strain relief if available. Test the link using the network equipment's diagnostic tools or an optical test set after installation.

Recommendations

Use the cable for short- to medium-range multimode connections where QSFP56 interfaces are specified. Keep the connectors clean and capped when not in use, avoid kinking the fibre, and store the cable coiled with gentle loops to prevent damage.
