BlueOptics SFP-10G-AOC25M-BO InfiniBand/optický kábel 25 m SFP+ aqua

The BlueOptics SFP-10G-AOC25M-BO InfiniBand/fibre optic cable 25 m SFP+ Aqua is a 25-metre active optical cable with SFP+ male connectors on both ends, designed to provide reliable 10 Gbps connectivity over multimode fibre link between compatible SFP+ ports. Compliant with MSA SFP+ form-factor standards, this AOC integrates transmitter and receiver modules within the cable assembly to deliver optical signal transmission optimized for short-reach data centre and network interconnects.

Advantages

This BlueOptics AOC provides plug-and-play deployment with low power consumption compared with equivalent copper solutions and eliminates separate transceiver modules. Its 25 m length supports flexible rack-to-rack or equipment-to-equipment connections in network cabinets and server rooms. The integrated design reduces cable clutter and simplifies handling while maintaining signal integrity for 10GBASE-SR, Ethernet and related high‑speed protocols.

How to use

Install the BlueOptics SFP-10G-AOC25M-BO by inserting the SFP+ connectors into the SFP+ ports of your network devices until they click into place, ensuring that both ends are seated in compatible SFP+ cages. No separate transceivers or additional configuration are required when used with equipment that accepts MSA-compatible AOCs; the cable is hot‑pluggable. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and secure it to prevent strain on the connectors. Power on the connected devices and verify link status via device LEDs or management interfaces.

Recommendations

Use this AOC in standard indoor environments within the cable's bend-radius limits and avoid exposure to prolonged mechanical stress or moisture. Verify device compatibility with MSA-compliant AOCs and firmware acceptance of third‑party AOCs when deploying in multi-vendor environments. For optimal signal performance, keep multimode connections free of dust and debris and follow equipment vendor guidelines for SFP+ module handling.
