BlueOptics SFP2121BU7.5MM InfiniBand optický kábel 7,5 m LC žltý

The BlueOptics SFP2121BU7.5MM InfiniBand fibre optic cable 7.5 m LC Yellow is a single-mode patch cable designed for high-speed data connections in professional networking environments. The cable uses G.657.A1 fibre with a 125 µm core diameter and LC duplex connectors, providing low attenuation and stable signal transmission over a 7.5 meter length. The yellow jacket and standardized LC termination make it suitable for organized rack and data center cabling where visual identification and compact connectors are required.

Advantages

This InfiniBand fibre optic cable delivers consistent optical performance with low bend sensitivity thanks to the G.657.A1 fibre specification. The LC duplex connectors ensure reliable mating with compact transceivers and patch panels, while the 7.5 m length balances reach and cable management in racks and server rooms. The cable jacket color supports quick visual identification of single-mode links.

How to use

Inspect connector endfaces for contamination before making connections and, if necessary, clean using appropriate fibre optic cleaning tools. Align and insert the LC connectors into compatible transceiver or patch panel ports until they click into place. Route the cable following standard bend radius guidelines for single-mode fibre to avoid microbends and signal loss. When relocating equipment or performing maintenance, disconnect by pressing the connector latch and pulling straight out to avoid damaging the ferrule.

Recommendations

Store and handle the cable to maintain the minimum bend radius specified for G.657.A1 fibre. Use dust caps when connectors are not in use, avoid tight cable ties that compress the jacket, and perform endface inspection before connection to preserve optical performance.
