BlueOptics SFP8181BU3MK InfiniBand optický kábel 3 m LC žltý

The BlueOptics SFP8181BU3MK InfiniBand fibre optic cable 3 m LC Yellow is a single-mode patch cable engineered for high-speed data transmission in networking environments. With LC connectors on both ends and G.657.A1 fibre type, this 3-metre cable provides low attenuation and maintained signal integrity over short to medium interconnect distances. The yellow jacket and LC terminations make it easy to identify and install in data center racks and network equipment supporting InfiniBand protocols.

Advantages

This fibre optic cable uses G.657.A1 fiber construction to reduce bending losses and improve reliability in routed or ducted installations. The LC connectors provide a compact connection interface suited to high-density patch panels and transceiver modules. Being 3 metres long, the cable balances reach and manageability for typical rack-to-rack or shelf-to-shelf links, while the standardized termination and robust jacket support consistent performance and simplified replacement or scaling.

How to use

Ensure both network devices are powered down or follow hot-plug guidelines of your equipment before inserting the LC connectors. Align the LC connectors with the transceiver or patch panel ports and insert until a secure click is felt. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical stress; maintain bend radii appropriate for G.657.A1 fibre to preserve signal quality. If necessary, label both ends to match patching diagrams and document the link in network inventory systems.

Recommendations

For optimal performance in InfiniBand environments, verify transceiver compatibility with LC single-mode interfaces and keep cable runs within recommended distances for your hardware. Avoid tight bends and repeated flexing, and inspect connectors for dust or contamination before mating; use appropriate dust caps or cleaning tools when required.
