DisplayPort kábel MediaRange MRCS248 2 m, DisplayPort na DisplayPort, čierny

MediaRange MRCS248 is a 2 m DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable in black, designed to connect monitors, displays or graphics sources to DisplayPort-equipped devices for digital video transmission in desktop and professional environments. The cable supports high-resolution signals and is supplied as a single unit ready for immediate use.

Advantages

The DisplayPort cable (version 2.1) supports high data rates up to 40 Gbps, enabling smooth transmission of UHD and high-frame-rate content. It offers broad compatibility with modern systems via Plug & Play and features gold-plated connectors and a durable black sheath for stable signal transfer and long-term reliability.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs or workstations to DisplayPort monitors
• Professional design and video editing setups requiring high bandwidth
• Gaming rigs that need high refresh rates and low-latency video
• Home entertainment systems with DisplayPort-equipped sources and displays

When it may not be suitable

This cable is intended for devices with DisplayPort ports on both ends; it is not suitable for systems that require HDMI, DVI or VGA connectors without an appropriate active adapter or converter. It also may be unnecessary for simple low-resolution setups that do not benefit from ultra-high bandwidth.

Key specifications

• Cable length: 2 m
• Connector type: DisplayPort to DisplayPort (straight male on both ends)
• DisplayPort version: 2.1
• Maximum data rate: up to 40 Gbps
• Maximum supported resolution/frame rate: up to 7680 x 4320 (8K) @ 60 Hz or 3840 x 2160 (4K) @ 120 Hz depending on source and display capabilities
• Color depth: supports True Color and Deep Color modes (24-bit and 30-bit as supported by devices)
• Connector plating: gold-plated contacts
• Exterior: durable black sheath

How to use

Connect one end of the MRCS248 DisplayPort cable to the DisplayPort output of your PC, laptop or graphics source and the other end to the DisplayPort input of your monitor or display. Ensure both devices are powered on; the cable supports Plug & Play so most systems will automatically detect the display and configure the appropriate resolution and refresh rate. Adjust resolution and refresh rate in your operating system or GPU control panel if necessary.

What to consider before purchase

• Ensure both source and display have DisplayPort connectors (DisplayPort to DisplayPort required)
• Verify that your devices support the desired resolution and refresh rate to take full advantage of DisplayPort 2.1 bandwidth
• Choose the 2 m length if it fits your setup; longer runs may require different cable specifications

Recommendations

For best results use the cable with devices that support DisplayPort 2.1 features and configure the display settings via the operating system or GPU drivers to match the intended resolution and refresh rate. Avoid sharp bends and excessive tension on the cable to maintain signal integrity over time.
