Obal MAILmedia Lemppenau+ Rössler-Kuvert C4 40 mm biely — formát skladacej tašky

MAILmedia Lemppenau+ Rössler-Kuvert C4 40mm White — folding bag format is a C4-size envelope designed to hold documents, catalogs and other flat items with increased depth. The envelope features a 40 mm spine that allows for thicker contents while keeping a compact exterior and a professional white finish suitable for office and mailing use.

Advantages

The folding bag format provides a reinforced structure and secure closure suitable for transport and storage. The 40 mm spine increases capacity compared with standard C4 envelopes, reducing the need for multiple envelopes or bulky packaging. Its white surface offers a clean, neutral appearance that is easy to label, print on, or attach shipping labels to, and the envelope is compatible with common handling and mailing processes.

Suitable for

• Sending letters, contracts and certificates that require additional thickness capacity
• Mail-order deliveries of flat products such as brochures, small catalogs or thin booklets
• Office archiving and internal document transport where a neat presentation is needed
• Packaging of sample packs or promotional materials with several items inside

Key specifications

• Format: C4 folding bag
• Spine depth: 40 mm for expanded capacity
• Color: white, suitable for printing and labeling
• Designed for flat items, documents and thin printed matter

How to use

Insert the documents or flat items into the envelope so they lie flat along the spine; fold the bag along its seams to accommodate the thickness and close according to the manufacturer’s closure method. Ensure labels, addressing and any postage are applied to the flat front surface. For heavier contents, position the thicker side along the spine and check closure security before dispatch.

Recommendations

For reliable mailing results, avoid overfilling beyond the 40 mm capacity and use appropriate postage for the combined weight and dimensions; consider reinforcing the seam or using additional tape for heavier or irregularly shaped contents. Store envelopes flat and in a dry environment to preserve shape and printability.
