Papierové vrecko s chrbtom MAILmedia C4 — MAILmedia 80012159

MAILmedia C4 paper back pocket is a C4-sized adhesive document holder designed to protect and present papers, brochures and envelopes inside parcels, folders or mailings. The pocket attaches securely to packaging or stationary surfaces and keeps contents flat and separated from other items during transport and storage. Its clear surface and C4 format accommodate A4 folded documents or C4 envelopes, making it a practical component for professional mailing and document management workflows.

Advantages

The paper back pocket offers a durable adhesive backing that ensures stable placement on cartons, mailers and folders without additional fasteners. Its C4 size provides ample space for standard documents and folded A4 sheets while maintaining a slim profile that does not add significant bulk to shipments. The clear or translucent front allows quick visual identification of enclosed contents. The product is compatible with common mailing and office tasks, helping to reduce misplacement and improve organization.

Suitable for

• Packaging inserts and order documentation
• Invoices, delivery notes and return forms
• Brochure and promotional material placement inside parcels
• Office filing and secure document attachment to folders

Key specifications

• Format: C4 size suitable for flat documents and envelopes
• Material: thin protective pocket with adhesive backing for secure attachment
• Front: clear or translucent surface for content visibility
• Profile: low thickness to minimise added volume in shipments
• Compatibility: designed for attachment to paper, cardboard and similar packaging surfaces

How to use

Peel off the protective liner from the adhesive backing and press the pocket firmly onto a clean, dry surface of a parcel, folder or document sleeve. Insert the documents or envelope into the pocket so that they lie flat and are visible through the front surface. For best adhesion, ensure the mounting surface is free from dust, oil or moisture and apply even pressure across the pocket to secure all edges.

Recommendations

Store unused pockets in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve adhesive performance. For heavy or bulky contents, use additional internal securing methods to prevent shifting. When applying to corrugated or textured surfaces, press firmly and allow a short dwell time for the adhesive to bond. Avoid applying to wet or dusty surfaces to maintain adhesion.
