The construction supports safe transit of flat contents and helps preserve the presentation of the inserted item.

Suitable for

• Invitations and greeting cards sized for 220×220 mm

• Certificates, photos or flat documents that fit the format
• Mailings where a clean, neutral presentation is required

Key specifications

• Format: square, 220×220 mm
• Color: white
• Closure: self-adhesive flap
• Intended content: flat documents, cards, brochures
• Surface: smooth, printable for address labels or direct printing

How to use

Insert the item to be mailed so it lies flat within the envelope. Remove the protective strip from the self-adhesive flap and press the flap firmly to create a secure seal. If labeling or printing an address directly on the envelope, ensure the surface is clean and dry before applying labels or using a printer specified for envelopes. For thicker contents, check the envelope closes without excessive strain on the flap.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid overfilling the envelope to maintain a reliable seal and neat appearance. Use suitable protective sleeves for photos or delicate prints and apply address labels or indelible ink compatible with envelope paper. When sending via postal services, verify dimension and weight limits for square envelopes to select the appropriate postage.
