Optický AOC kábel BlueOptics SFP28-AOC-25M-HU-BO — 25 m, SFP28 na SFP28, mätová farba

The BlueOptics SFP28-AOC-25M-HU-BO is a 25 metre active optical cable (AOC) with SFP28 connectors on both ends. Designed for short-reach data center links, it provides direct SFP28-to-SFP28 connectivity for 25 G-class transceivers over multimode fiber. The cable is compact and lightweight (0.15 kg) with a mint-coloured jacket, suited for use in server racks, switches and other rack-mounted network equipment that accept SFP28 interfaces.

Advantages

This AOC offers native SFP28 form-factor connectivity for 25 Gbit/s class links while eliminating the need for separate transceivers and patch cords. The active design integrates optical transmitter and receiver modules at each end, enabling reliable multimode optical transmission over a 25 m distance. Low weight and a flexible jacket make cable routing in dense rack environments easier, and the standardized SFP28 interface ensures physical compatibility with equipment that supports SFP28 connections.

Suitable for

• Short-reach data center interconnects between switches and top-of-rack (ToR) switches
• Server-to-switch connections in rack environments
• High-speed links for storage systems or aggregation switches that accept SFP28

Key specifications

• Cable length: 25 m
• Connector type: SFP28 to SFP28
• Supported data rate class: 25 Gbit/s
• Optical medium: multimode fibre with integrated active transceivers
• Weight: 0.15 kg
• Product colour: mint

How to use

Install the BlueOptics SFP28 AOC by seating each SFP28 connector into the corresponding SFP28 port on your network devices until the latch engages. Ensure both devices support 25 G-class SFP28 connections and that firmware or configuration settings are set to the desired link mode (for example Ethernet or Fibre Channel over Ethernet). Route the cable within the rack to avoid sharp bends and secure it to reduce strain on connectors. No separate transceiver pairing or fibre termination is required.

Recommendations

Use this AOC for fixed, short-distance links inside racks or between adjacent racks. Avoid repeated plugging cycles beyond normal maintenance, protect the cable from excessive bending and tensile stress, and verify device compatibility with SFP28 modules and 25 G link protocols before deployment.
