Optický kábel BlueOptics 4X97A81907-BO SN LC OM4 3 m ružový

The BlueOptics 4X97A81907-BO SN LC OM4 3 m Pink is a 3-metre multimode fibre optic patch cable designed for high-speed network connections. It uses OM4 multimode fibre with a 50 µm core diameter and SN (UPC) to LC (UPC) connectors to provide low attenuation and stable signal transfer for data centre and enterprise cabling. The cable features a pink LSZH (low-smoke, zero-halogen) jacket and is suitable for connecting patch panels, transceivers and other optical ports where OM4 performance is required.

Advantages

The cable combines OM4 laser-optimized multimode fibre and standard SN-to-LC connectorization to deliver consistent insertion loss and return loss characteristics for short- to mid-range high-bandwidth links. Its LSZH outer sheath reduces smoke and halogen emission in case of fire and the pink colour helps with visual identification in dense cable installations. Components and ferrules are produced to industry quality standards to ensure reliable mating cycles and stable optical performance.

Suitable for

• Data centre patching and rack-to-rack connections
• Connections between optical transceivers and patch panels
• High-bandwidth multimode applications such as 10G/40G/100G links over OM4
• Environments requiring low-smoke, zero-halogen cabling

Key specifications

• Fibre type: OM4 multimode
• Core diameter: 50 µm
• Length: 3 metres
• Connectors: SN (UPC) to LC (UPC)
• Sheath: LSZH (low-smoke, zero-halogen)
• Colour: Pink

How to use

Inspect connector endfaces before insertion and clean if necessary using appropriate fibre cleaning tools. Plug the SN connector into the corresponding SN/UPC port and the LC connector into the LC/UPC port, ensuring secure seating without excessive bending of the cable. Route the cable following rack and patch panel management guidelines, maintain bend radii recommended for multimode fibre, and avoid sharp crimps or tight loops to preserve optical performance.

Recommendations

Store and handle the cable in a dry environment, avoid exposure to mechanical stress and chemical agents, and follow standard fibre handling procedures. For critical links, verify insertion loss and return loss with appropriate test equipment after installation. Use colour-coded cables like this pink OM4 patch cable to simplify identification in complex installations.
