Optický kábel BlueOptics EFE350-001M-AQ-R-BO LC LC/UPC OM3 1 m aqua

The BlueOptics EFE350-001M-AQ-R-BO LC to LC OM3 fibre optic cable, 1 m in aqua, is engineered for short‑reach high‑speed data links. It uses multimode OM3 fibre with a 50 µm core and LC/UPC connectors on both ends to provide stable signal transmission and low insertion loss in rack, patch panel and server connections. The compact LC terminations and aqua jacket make the cable suitable for structured cabling systems and InfiniBand environments where consistent multimode performance is required.

Advantages

This 1 m OM3 multimode cable offers predictable optical performance for 10 Gbit/s and some higher‑speed multimode applications, with low attenuation and consistent connector quality thanks to LC/UPC terminations. Its flexible yet durable jacket enables simple routing in dense cabling installations, while the aqua color facilitates visual identification of OM3 multimode links in mixed‑media racks and cable trays.

How to use

Inspect connector end‑faces for cleanliness before insertion and use appropriate fibre cleaning tools if necessary. Insert each LC connector into the corresponding LC port on network equipment or patch panels until the latch engages. Route the cable to avoid tight bends; maintain bend radii recommended for multimode patch cords and secure excess length to prevent strain. When disconnecting, depress the LC latch and gently withdraw the connector.

Recommendations

For reliable long‑term performance, store and handle the cable to avoid contamination and sharp bends. Use this OM3 LC–LC patch cable for short‑reach connections up to the supported distances for OM3 in your network application, and match multimode fibre types on both ends to prevent performance loss.
