Optický kábel BlueOptics FCKAB-OM4-C07-L-BO LC LC/UPC OM4 7,5 m ružový

The BlueOptics FCKAB-OM4-C07-L-BO LC to LC fibre optic cable is a 7.5 m multimode patch cable designed to meet OM4 performance standards. It uses 50 µm core fibres and LC/UPC connectors on both ends to support high-speed data transmission across short and medium distances in data centres, server rooms and telecom racks. The pink jacket provides clear visual identification while the cable construction reduces signal loss and maintains consistent optical performance.

Advantages

This OM4 fibre cable delivers low attenuation and stable insertion loss suitable for 10 Gbit/s and higher multimode applications. The LC/UPC connectors provide precise alignment and repeatable connections, while the 50 µm core supports compatibility with common multimode transceivers. The 7.5 m length offers flexibility for rack-to-rack and equipment-to-equipment links without excessive slack, and the coloured jacket simplifies cable management and identification in complex installations.

How to use

Route the cable through the cable management system or pathway avoiding sharp bends and areas of mechanical stress. Insert the LC connectors into corresponding LC ports on switches, transceivers or patch panels until they click into place. Ensure connector endfaces are clean before mating to minimise insertion loss and back-reflection. For testing and verification, measure end-to-end loss with suitable fibre test equipment after installation.

Recommendations

Inspect and clean LC/UPC endfaces with appropriate fibre cleaning tools before connection, maintain a minimum bend radius as specified by the manufacturer, and store spare cable neatly coiled to prevent kinks. Use the coloured jacket to label and document the link in your network diagram for simplified maintenance.
