Optický kábel BlueOptics SFP2122BU50MK LC SC G.657.A1 50 m fialový

The BlueOptics SFP2122BU50MK LC–SC fibre optic cable is a 50 m single-fibre patch cable designed for flexible network connections and fibre patching. It uses bend-insensitive G.657.A1 fibre to provide stable optical performance in confined routing environments and offers one LC and one SC connector for compatibility with a wide range of network equipment. The violet jacket and robust construction make the cable suitable for visible identification and repeated handling in data centres, wiring closets and installation runs.

Advantages

The G.657.A1 bend-insensitive fibre reduces signal loss when routed around tight bends, improving reliability in rack, cabinet and wall-mount installations. Having LC and SC connectors on a 50 m cable gives compatibility with both modern transceivers and legacy equipment without additional adapters. The cable's durable outer jacket and factory-terminated connectors ensure consistent optical attenuation and reduce the need for on-site termination or polishing.

How to use

Route the cable with care to avoid sharp kinks; the G.657.A1 fibre tolerates tight bends better than standard single-mode fibre but still requires proper handling. Insert the LC and SC connectors into the corresponding ports until they click or seat firmly. Verify link status on connected equipment and, if necessary, measure optical power levels to confirm acceptable attenuation. When installing permanent runs, secure the cable with appropriate clips or management panels to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid exceeding the recommended bend radius for the specific installation; store spare lengths coiled with gentle loops and protect connector end-faces from dust with dust caps when not connected. Use this cable for patching and temporary interconnects where a visible violet colour assists identification in dense cable environments.
