Sieťový kábel Dätwyler 21.05.0536 fialový 3 m Cat6a S/FTP

The Dätwyler 21.05.0536 Violet 3m Cat6a S/FTP networking cable is a shielded twisted-pair Ethernet cable designed for high-speed data transmission over short to medium distances. With Cat6a performance and S/FTP shielding, the cable supports demanding network environments where bandwidth and signal integrity matter. The cable is fitted with RJ-45 connectors on both ends and comes in a distinctive violet jacket that aids visual identification in patch panels and cable runs.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding combines an overall foil with individually shielded pairs to reduce electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, improving stable throughput in congested or electrically noisy environments. Cat6a specification ensures support for higher data rates and greater bandwidth than Cat5e or Cat6 over the cable's 3 m length. The molded RJ-45 plugs provide reliable contact and easy insertion, while the colored outer jacket simplifies cable management and identification in multi-cable installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs, workstations and laptops to network switches or routers
• Short patch runs in data cabinets, patch panels and wall outlets
• High-bandwidth applications such as 10 Gigabit Ethernet over short distances
• Environments with potential electromagnetic interference where shielded cabling is preferred

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6a (augmented Cat6) performance
• Shielding: S/FTP — overall foil shield with individually foil-shielded pairs
• Length: 3 meters
• Connector type: RJ-45 plugs on both ends
• Conductor type: twisted-pair copper conductors
• Color: violet jacket for visual identification

How to use

Insert the RJ-45 plug into the Ethernet port of your device until the latch clicks to ensure a secure connection. When routing the cable, avoid sharp bends and tight kinks to maintain signal integrity; follow standard bend-radius recommendations for Ethernet cabling. For installations near potential EMI sources, route the cable to minimize parallel runs with power lines and maintain shielding continuity by using shielded connectors and properly grounded equipment.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6a S/FTP patch cable for short interconnects in office racks, home network set-ups, and media devices requiring high throughput. Do not exceed recommended bend radius or subject the cable to repeated mechanical stress; ensure connectors and patch panels used are compatible with shielded Ethernet cabling and are properly grounded to preserve shielding effectiveness.
