Sieťový kábel Dätwyler 21.05.0575 čierny 7,5 m Cat6a S/FTP

The Dätwyler 21.05.0575 Black 7.5m Cat6a S/FTP is a shielded Ethernet patch cable designed for high-speed wired networks. Built to the Cat6a specification, this 7.5-metre cable supports high data rates and reliable transmission over a longer distance than standard Cat5e or Cat6 cables. The S/FTP (Screened Foiled Twisted Pair) construction provides individual pair foil shielding plus an overall braid, reducing crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference. Fitted with standard RJ-45 connectors on both ends, the cable offers plug-and-play compatibility with switches, routers, patch panels and network devices requiring a durable, shielded connection. The black jacket gives a discreet, professional appearance suitable for office or data-centre environments.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding and Cat6a design combine to deliver stable performance for high-bandwidth applications, with improved protection against external noise sources. The 7.5 m length allows flexible placement of network equipment without relying on additional couplers or extensions. Standard RJ-45 terminations ensure broad device compatibility while the robust outer jacket and connector strain relief increase durability in typical installation and workstation scenarios.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches, routers and patch panels in office networks
• Wired connections for workstations, VoIP phones and network printers
• Server racks and structured cabling in small data closets
• Environments with potential electromagnetic interference requiring shielded cabling

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6a (augmented performance for 10 Gigabit Ethernet)
• Shielding: S/FTP — overall braid plus foil on individual pairs
• Length: 7.5 metres
• Connector type: RJ-45 on both ends
• Colour: Black
• Typical use: Patch / patching cable for horizontal or equipment connections

How to use

Plug the RJ-45 connector at one end of the cable into the network port of your switch, router or patch panel and the connector at the other end into the target device such as a computer, VoIP phone or server. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and the locking tab engages to prevent accidental disconnection. Route the cable to avoid tight bends, kinks and close proximity to strong sources of electromagnetic noise when possible. For rack installations, secure the cable with appropriate cable management hardware to prevent strain on connectors.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6a S/FTP cable where shielded connections are required or preferred, for example in installations close to electrical equipment or in mixed cabling environments. Avoid repeated sharp bending near connector ends and maintain bend radius consistent with Cat6a guidelines to preserve signal integrity. For outdoor runs or permanent in-wall installations, select cabling rated specifically for those environments.
