Skener Avision FF-2002H

The Avision FF-2002H is a high-speed document scanner engineered for efficient digitization of mixed paper documents in office and business environments. Its compact footprint and straightforward feed path allow placement on busy desks or in small workspaces while supporting continuous scanning workflows. The scanner handles single- and double-sided originals and applies advanced image processing to deliver clear, color-accurate digital files suitable for archiving, sharing, and downstream OCR processing.

Advantages

The scanner provides fast throughput at up to 40 pages per minute and reduces manual handling with a 50-sheet automatic document feeder. Built-in image enhancement and color correction technologies produce consistent, legible results across different paper types and conditions. The device’s compact design and straightforward controls minimize setup and maintenance time, and its robust paper path reduces misfeeds for reliable batch scanning.

How to use

Place the scanner on a stable surface and connect it to a computer or network according to the supplied instructions. Load documents into the 50-sheet automatic document feeder, align edges as indicated, and select the desired scan mode and resolution in the scanning software. Start a scan job from the device interface or the accompanying application; processed images will be saved to the chosen folder or sent directly to document management or OCR software. Regularly remove dust from rollers and follow recommended cleaning procedures to maintain scanning quality.

Recommendations

For consistent results, use the automatic document feeder for batches of similar-sized sheets and remove staples or paper clips before scanning. When preparing documents for OCR, select a higher resolution and grayscale or color mode as appropriate. Schedule periodic maintenance checks of the feed rollers and clean the glass and paper path to reduce misfeeds and preserve image quality.
