Zariadenie na ťahanie káblov s bubnom C.K Tools 495054 — 30 m nylonová tyč, priemer 4 mm, flexibilný vodiaci hrot, červená

The C.K Tools cable puller with drum model 495054 is a 30 m long nylon rod designed for guiding and installing cables in conduits, ducts and through walls. With a 4 mm diameter and a flexible guiding head, the rod navigates bends and tight spaces while remaining lightweight and easy to handle. The product is supplied in red and comes wound on a compact drum for organised storage and controlled feed during installation.

Advantages

The nylon construction combines flexibility with sufficient stiffness to push through longer conduit runs without excessive buckling. A 4 mm diameter minimises friction and fits most standard conduits while allowing easy passage of marker tape or pull line. The flexible guiding head negotiates corners and minor obstructions, reducing the need to disassemble conduit sections. The drum provides neat storage, rapid deployment and controlled retraction, helping to maintain the rod and prolong its service life.

How to use

Wind the required length of rod from the drum and insert the tip into the conduit or access point. Gently push the rod forward, using steady pressure while rotating if needed to help the flexible head negotiate bends. Once the tip appears at the destination, attach a pull line or the cable using an appropriate connector or tape, then withdraw the rod slowly to pull the cable into place. Keep the drum stable during feed and retraction to avoid tangling and inspect the rod for damage before each use.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment and avoid forcing the rod through severe blockages. For long runs or sharp bends, advance the rod in short increments and check progress frequently. Store the rod on its drum in a dry environment and avoid exposure to direct sunlight for prolonged periods to preserve material properties.
