Aktívny optický kábel CBO SFP28-AOC-2M 2 m SFP28 kompatibilný s Huawei

CBO SFP28-AOC-2M is a 2 meter Active Optical Cable designed for SFP28 ports and compatible with Huawei SFP28 interfaces. The cable delivers a fixed optical link for 25GbE environments, providing low-latency data transmission between compatible network devices. Intended for short-reach connections in data centers and server racks, this plug-and-play AOC eliminates the need for separate transceivers and simplifies cabling while maintaining consistent optical performance over a 2 m span.

Advantages

The Active Optical Cable offers a compact, lightweight solution that reduces rack cabling complexity and heat compared with copper equivalents. Being compatible with Huawei SFP28 interfaces and optimized for 25GbE, it supports stable, low-latency links and removes the need to manage separate SFP28 transceivers. The fixed cable design ensures consistent optical characteristics and simplifies installation and maintenance in dense networking environments.

Suitable for

• Short-reach 25GbE connections between switches and servers
• Top-of-rack and end-of-row network cabling in data centers
• Aggregation links and high-speed interconnects in server racks
• Environments where plug-and-play SFP28 compatibility is required

Key specifications

• Connector type: SFP28 fixed active optical cable
• Length: 2 meters
• Data rate: designed for 25 Gigabit Ethernet (25GbE)
• Compatibility: compatible with Huawei SFP28 interfaces
• Latency: low-latency optical transmission suitable for high-speed links
• Form factor: compact SFP28 module ends with integrated optical cable

How to use

Install the cable by inserting each SFP28 end into the corresponding SFP28 port on your network devices until the latch engages. Ensure devices are powered and configured for 25GbE operation; the cable functions as a plug-and-play solution without separate transceivers. Verify link status LEDs on connected devices and confirm negotiated speed and link health via device management interfaces. For removal, disengage the latch mechanism and pull the module end straight out to avoid stressing the cable or ports.

Recommendations

Use the cable within data center short-reach runs and avoid sharp bends or excessive pulling force. Maintain bend radii recommended for optical cables and route the AOC to minimize mechanical stress near connector ends. Confirm firmware or compatibility notes on connected devices if non-standard link behaviour is encountered.
