Patch kábel ACT CAT6 S/FTP PVC lanko modrý 305 m

The ACT CAT6 S/FTP PVC Stranded Blue 305 m patch cable is a bulk networking cable designed for high-speed Ethernet installations. Constructed with stranded conductors and an overall PVC jacket, this CAT6 S/FTP cable provides consistent data transmission across local area networks while the S/FTP (shielded/foiled twisted pair) construction reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk. Supplied in a 305-metre spool, the cable is intended for installation runs in offices, server rooms and structured cabling systems where flexibility and a compact reel format are required.

Advantages

The cable combines CAT6 performance with S/FTP shielding to support improved signal integrity in environments with potential interference from nearby electrical equipment or densely packed cable bundles. The stranded conductor design offers greater flexibility compared with solid-core cable, simplifying routing and termination in patch panels and wall outlets. The PVC outer jacket delivers mechanical protection and abrasion resistance suitable for indoor installations and standard cable trays.

Suitable for

• Ethernet patching and short to medium-length horizontal cabling in offices and data closets
• Structured cabling installations requiring CAT6 performance and enhanced shielding
• Environments with elevated electromagnetic interference where S/FTP shielding improves reliability
• Temporary or permanent installations where a flexible, easy-to-route cable is preferred

Key specifications

• Cable category: CAT6
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid with individually foil‑shielded pairs)
• Conductor type: Stranded copper conductors
• Jacket material: PVC
• Colour: Blue
• Length: 305 metres (spool)
• Designed for: Gigabit Ethernet and bandwidth‑intensive LAN applications

How to use

Measure and plan the required run length before unspooling to avoid excess tension and kinking. Use appropriate cable management—cable trays, ties and clips—while maintaining the recommended bend radius for stranded CAT6 cable. When terminating, strip the outer jacket carefully to preserve the foil shields and drain wires, and follow standard termination procedures for shielded connectors and patch panels to ensure the shield is properly grounded. Test each installed run with a certified network tester to confirm continuity, pair polarity and performance parameters for CAT6.

Recommendations

For best results in shielded installations, ensure the cable shield is connected to a common grounding point and avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines. Store the reel indoors in a dry environment and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or temperatures outside the PVC rating. Use shielded RJ45 connectors and patch panels when terminating S/FTP cable to preserve shielding effectiveness.
