Televes OSMD50SCAPC optický dvojitý zemný kábel 50m SC/APC na SC/APC duplex singlemode vonkajší priama pokládka čierny

The Televes OSMD50SCAPC stands out as a pre-terminated optical twin ground cable that eliminates field splicing, delivering factory-polished SC/APC connectors on both ends for immediate FTTH and CATV deployment. Unlike raw fiber reels or field-assembled alternatives, this 50-meter duplex cable arrives ready to bury, with a rugged black polyethylene jacket engineered for direct soil contact and long-term outdoor exposure.

Highlights

• Duplex single-mode fiber (2 fibers) with bend-insensitive G.657.A2 construction
• Pre-terminated with 4 SC/APC connectors (2 per end) for plug-and-play installation
• 50-meter length ideal for drop connections from distribution point to subscriber
• UV-resistant and water-blocking PE jacket for direct burial without conduit
• Low insertion loss (<0.3 dB per connector) and high return loss (>60 dB) ensure signal integrity
• Operates at 1310 nm and 1550 nm with attenuation below 0.35 dB/km and 0.25 dB/km respectively

In daily use

Installers appreciate the time saved by not having to terminate fibers on site. The cable's 5.0 mm diameter and 10 mm minimum bend radius allow routing through tight spaces and around corners without performance degradation. The black jacket blends into outdoor environments and resists cracking from sunlight, while internal water-blocking materials prevent moisture ingress even in flooded ducts or wet soil. Each SC/APC connector is protected with a dust cap and individually tested to meet Telcordia standards.
